Zhejiang Guoguang S & T Group is a comprehensive, modern enterprise group with eight holding subsidiaries. Our group mainly concerns electrical and mechanical electronic industry, biochemical and medical instrument industry. Our group has a total asset worth more than one billion RMB, the annual turnover is over 300 million US dollars, and the total profit and tax payments reach 4 million US dollars.

Our group combines industry with asset operation, adopts human-basic, efficiency-oriented management style, which has formed a stable and diversified industry structure. Our group has been awarded as 'National Efficiency-type Enterprise', 'Zhejiang Provincial Leading Top Enterprise', and 'Zhejiang Provincial Three-Star Enterprise'. We have famous brand products and famed trade mark. Our group is one of the large enterprises in Zhejiang with headquarters located in Quzhou City. Zhejiang Jiangshan Transformer Co., Ltd., established in 1969, is a professional manufacturer of 110KV and below power transformers, appointed by the Ministry of Mechanical Industry. The company has an experience of more than 40 years in transformer design and production. Besides ISO9001 & ISO14001 certificates, the company has also obtained KEMA certificate in the Netherlands, which well testifies its trustful quality.

Shanghai MicroSense TM Inc., established in 2002, is mainly engaged in the production and development of blood glucose meters and other health products. Its factory has obtained CE certificate in Germany, and it's the only factory which gets CE certificate in China. So far, our blood glucose meters have been exported to 17 countries and regions.

Zhejiang Guoguang Biochemistry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994. And the current products include:
1. Itaconic Acid (6,000MT per year)
2. Feed Grade L- Threonine Acid (12,000MT per year)

The company is certified with ISO9001 quality management system approval. The itaconic acid project was certified as National Torch Plan Project by Ministry of Science and Technology and was supported by National Innovation Fund. And another product, L-Threonine, has been certified by HACCP Food Safety Management System and FAMI-QS. The quality of Itaconic Acid and Threonine conforms to the standard of Iwata Chemical Co., Japan and standard of Ajinomoto Japan respectively. Currently, in the company, there are 240 employees, 35% of who are technicians. The company occupies an area of 130 hectares.

Hangzhou Fudan Time-Control Si-Tech Co., Ltd., established in 1987, is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of timers, such as oven timers, kitchen timers with bells and 24-hour controlled timers. It covers an area of 65,000sqm, with 800 sets of equipment and 700 workers. With the certificates of ISO9002, VDE, UL, and CE, our goods have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions, all with praiseful feedback.
