The  transformer interior  is completely isolated  from the air surrounding, so the transformer oil can not be affected by the outer moisture and oxygen. The change of transformer's volume could be absorbed by the flexibility of corrugated tank structure. So the aging speed of insulated material will be decreased. Before running the machine, the work of core suspension checkup is not necessary. Clients could also be free from the later maintenance and reparation. The reliability of products is visibly upgraded.
Products is designed with PCCAD, the characters are in accordance with IEC 60076 and GB 1094, and passed qualification system of ISO 9001.
The winding is with high-intensity enameled wires(or paper wrapped wired), drum type or cake type, evenly coiled and installed.  Its  insulation structure is reasonable, and it has strong anti-short cicuit capacity. All the screws will not become loose after long journey. All sealed parts use acrylate rubber with high qulity, which could effectively put off aging caused by heat, light and electricity. The transformer are also equipped with controlled thermometer and pressure relief valves which  increase the reliability

1) No devices like oil tank, and humidity absorber. Assure the oil to be insulated from air and the oil could be used for 20years consecutively without any treatment
2) High qualified rubber used for the sealing.
