Underground  transformer  is a  new  distribution  transformer  to meet the needs of city construction. It could be installed on the ground or underground of green space, street, highway, airport, tunnel, parking lot, tourist sites and so on. The appearance and functions of underground transformer is similar with the common on-core transformer or base type transformer(combination dry transformer)but, the former with advanced technology and runs more reliable.

Transformer Main functions and characters
1. The shell of transformer is with anti-corrosive stainless steel and could work long term under the humid underground.
2. Considering the ventilation  and cooling, the loss and temperature-rise raising of transformer is relatively low.
3. Transformer  adopts whole sealed and waterproof structure. The quality-control test includes the item of soaking in water, in order that the transformer could work in the water or mud for certain time
4. The input and output wires of high and low voltage are all wateproof and insulated. No bare part. No limit for area or fence when installing
